Our Dojo...
All classes are taught by Sensei Paul Sweetow at our Winnetka dojo location.
Our dojo takes our traditional training seriously and specialize in teaching how to apply the warrior mindset in and outside of the dojo. All students use our WarriorMindset Whiteboard.
Classes are offered for students grades K - 12.

Groups max out at 10 students
Grades K - 5: Saturdays 9:30am - 10:20am
Grades 6 - 12 Saturdays 10:30am - 11:20am

- For All Grades: order 7oz middleweight uniform with pants Color: WHITE. I will recommend a size if you need
- For Grades 6 - 12: order Kuro Obi sword, ActionFlex Gloves (get a size up), ActionFlex Headgear (get a size up)
- For Grades K-5: order ActionFlex sword - 34", ActionFlex Gloves (get a size up), ActionFlex Headgear (get a size up)
- Buy the patch from dojo. Sew on over heart as pictured, do not iron.
